DREAM

" JARERA " was born from passion and family tradition for artisan products and respect for our legacy, which is nature, for the concern to continue maintaining ancestral customs.

I remember my childhood among olive groves and livestock "Goats, sheep, cows ..." surrounded by Mediterranean flora, with abundant olive trees,

pine forests, heather and rockrose.

For this reason, to the inhabitants of my town

we are known by the gentilicio of jareros and jareras, when curiously it has nothing to do

in relation to the name of the municipality.

My town is called Torrecilla de Los Angeles

(located in Sierra de Gata),

agricultural town whose daily tasks

revolve around the work of the field.

At harvest time and with the first light of dawn I continue to hear the voice of my parents, "Diana, get up, Paco is coming with the sales" ... moment in which with great enthusiasm and feeling like a part of that collaboration,

I took my gear and half seriously,

half being part of a game,

I discovered the hardness of field work,

alternating with the complexity of the livestock labors ... almost uninterrupted activity,

with few moments of respite.

I can assure you without any doubt,

that has been a true bulwark for my restlessness, strengthening my personality

and forging my preferences.

Summing up my great little story,

it has been a learning path,

fruit of which my desire to work original, respected, certified and pampered products,

takes me to this project of care and passion, taking care of every little detail,

every minute palate,

thus guaranteeing flavor and quality .

Despite the years, the history of my humble family began long before I was born.

If he forgot it, he would be lost.

Knowing where I come from is like feeling

that I have roots and people like trees need to have roots to grow.
